Chantalle Lovery

Hi, I'm Chantalle — a Senior Producer with 10+ years leading events,
brand activations, and experiential projects from brief to bump-out.
I believe in the power of experience: real moments, crafted with care,
that stay with people long after they leave. I care about craft, detail,

MECCA x rhode

As part of rhode’s Australian market entry in partnership with MECCA, I led cross-functional planning and execution for the launch. My scope included the internal debut at MECCA’s leadership conference, creative consultation, budget and logistics oversight, and agency management.

Mercury—Virtual & Hybrid Events

Mercury’s annual virtual conference, 202X, brings together world-renowned thought leaders around a central theme and has become a cornerstone of company culture. I lead its development, creative direction, and end-to-end production, overseeing vendor management, logistics, speaker curation, content alignment, and merch design to ensure seamless execution aligned with Mercury’s vision and business goals.

Mercury—All Hands

Mercury’s annual three-day off-site, hosted in destinations like Austin, Santa Fe, and Maui, is a meticulously planned, themed experience with customized programming. I lead the event’s creative direction, strategy, logistics, and multi-million dollar budget, ensuring an unforgettable trip for our 1000+ attendees. In short, this is not your average corporate event.

Mercury—Shop

Thoughtfully crafted physical details create magical moments. At Mercury, merch plays a vital role in boosting morale, strengthening company culture, and enhancing brand visibility. I've designed and produced everything from books and hats to surfboards, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, designers, and external suppliers to bring each piece to life. I also managed the Shopify store end-to-end, handling product uploads, backend setup, order tracking and day-to-day maintenance.

Restaurants, Activations and Events

My background in hospitality includes founding and providing creative direction for the Toronto-based restaurant Sakai Bar, as well as A Pleasurable Lunch, a pop-up lunch series. I have also produced numerous brand activations, including the Toronto launch of Alison Roman’s Nothing Fancy and a pop-up series for Tiger Beer, Tiger Trading Co., in New York City.

Creative

I have acted as the creative director and stylist on a number of still life projects with photographers such as Kristina Dittmar and Gemma Warren
