This event has become a cornerstone of company culture, inspiring employees, and its success has led to the creation of an external counterpart. I lead the development, creative direction, and production of this event, managing vendors, overseeing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels. From speaker curation and content alignment to merch design and production management, I ensure every detail reflects Mercury’s vision and business goals.
